Bingo 2008

Lupus Dinner Bingo was held recently at Genetti’s in Dickson City.  A large crowd enjoyed a chicken dinner and many games of bingo with celebrity callers.  Pictured here is celebrity caller Mike Washo (center) flanked by the event co-chairmen Linda Matylewicz (left) and Wendy Mayurick (right).

National Conference on Autoimune Related Diseases

Over 200 people attended a national conference hosted by the Lupus Foundation of PA, Pocono/NE and the American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association, (AARDA).
In Spring 2009, the free forum, one of only three conducted in the entire country, featured leading experts in the field of autoimmune diseases and included presentations, discussions and Q & A's.
This public forum was made possible by a generous grant from Genetech.

These events attracted hundreds of participants, featured free food,
DJ and music, awards, children's activities and health information.
All money raised goes to the support of the mission of the Lupus Foundation:
