We are pleased to offer all individuals with lupus in Pennsylvania and all Foundation members the Wolf Pack© - a family coping kit developed and copyrighted by the Lupus Foundation of Pennsylvania. Becoming familiar about this puzzling disease does not need to be fearful, frustrating, complicated or boring, it can be fun-even with preschool children. Your family can learn together what the disease means and what can be done right in the comfort of your own home.
We encourage you to use the kit as a family—the game, the books, the activities. Pre and post evaluations are included to relate your experience and give suggestions for improvement. Although the kit is free for patients and members in Pennsylvania, we must charge a $5.00 shipping fee unless you are able to pick one up at your local branch office. Please contact your local branch to order or for additional information.
If you already have the Wolf Pack and would like to do the pre and post evaluation on line, click here. Please fill out the Pre-Evaluation form before you explore the contents of the backpack. It should only take about 1-2 minutes to complete. It is important to mail it back immediately. After you have explored the Wolf Pack, please complete the Post-Evaluation questionnaire and return it to us within a month. We want to know how you are doing and your suggestions for making the kit more effective. Thank you for your help.
