United Way Contibutor's Choice / Donor Option

Pittsburgh Region - Code 212
In the Pittsburgh region the code is 212 and includes the counties of Allegheny, Beaver, Washington, Green, Mon Valley and Westmoreland.

Harrisburg Region - Code 3527
The United Way of the Capitol Region code is 3527 and includes the counties of Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry.

All Other Regions
All others areas should designate the Lupus Foundation of Pennsylvania under
“unaffiliated agency” on the pledge form with the address of your local branch office.
